Friday’s Photoshoot: Cape Town Cycle Tour Training Program South Africa

Training for the Cape Town Cycle Tour, which takes place in March each year, is no easy task for cyclists living in the Northern Hemisphere.

We have several months of winter to get through before we can dust off our bikes and get in some much-needed training, and unless you are a hardy cyclist who heads out in all weathers and trains relentlessly on an indoor roller or spinning bike, you could, like the rest of us, find yourself a little bit rusty!

Fortunately, there are training programs available for international cyclists who want to head to South Africa early and get in some much-needed mileage before race day, and with packages ranging from 200km – 750km, there is something to suit every budget and every fitness level.
